The static pressure automatic molding line is suitable for clay sand molding in casting workshops. The molding process adopts air flow pre compaction and high-pressure compaction molding technology with multiple contacts. The molding sand has high hardness, uniform compaction, high box closing accuracy, high casting accuracy, high yield rate, and saves labor. According to the compaction difficulty of the molding sand, one can choose to perform only high-pressure compaction or air flow pre compaction combined with high-pressure compaction.
The static pressure molding process has the following characteristics:
*The mechanical parts of the main and auxiliary machines are processed using CNC equipment and undergo necessary heat treatment to enhance their accuracy and lifespan;
